It is worth investing in the project:

Minimum investment amount is not high – €80,000 (a fundraising of €8,000,000 is planned), the number of partners is limited.
Low risk (real estate), investment against shares, investment return expected within 10 years.
You have holdings in a business whose value is expected to increase far beyond the investment.
Investors in the first resort will have first priority while raising capital for additional resorts.
